This is a founding team role. For this role, we are not really looking for an ‘employee’. Rather someone who believes in what we’re doing, and this combination of risk + opportunity, and is up for some real skin in the game. Teaming up at an early stage does call for a certain amount of craziness coupled with a strong sense of belief in doing what you’re doing – and we need that kind of startup risk/opportunity appetite for this role. We are open to a very basic salary, so that monthly bills are not at the back of your mind while building a kickass product – though we won’t be covering the EMIs! Needless to add, this opportunity comes with meaningful stock – so, in a few years, you’ll be able to buy all those luxuries by making full down payment …although, by then, you may want to invest it in another startup.. most likely, your own!
