Looking for a co-founder for Payments/Blockchain idea

I have been working on mutiple ideas related to Banking,  Finance,  Payments and other secure applications based on Blockchain. I am a software engineer myself and have developed some some strong business cases and business oppurtunites for deployments and have expert techncial advisors for the team. I am looking for a co-founder who can add value to the company in one or more fields like Marketing, Sales, Fund-raising, Product Development, UI design, etc. Here are some details about me and the company:-

About me: I, Siju Govindan, did my B.tech in computer science from Cochin University of Science and Technology , and then MS in computer Science from University of Southern California.  My past working experience include working for Paypal, EMC, DXC, DHL and have been working on startup-ideas and my venture recently  . About the company: The venture is a product and technology based startup in stealth mode with a vision to develop instant cross border payments.  We are alikey to have a consulting wing also in future as we have broader scope in mind. 

Stage of the company: The underlying technology stack is almost ready. Till now, I have been working alone on the product but now the company is at a stage where the product needs to be deployed with  partners and further development would be necessary. So would need expertise on areas like business development,  marketing, sales, more help on developing the product, so I am looking for a co-founder who can add value to one or more of these areas. .

What am I looking for in a co-founder:

1) Should have a good understanding of technology(he may not be a software developer) so that we could brainstorm on solutions to problems which we might face in future OR when coming up with new features for the product.

2) Should bring one or more skills from the following, to the table: Business Development experience , Fund-raising skills, product management/development, Marketing & Sales.

3) Should have a risk appetite and willing to come on board full time.

4) I am looking for a co-founder in Bangalore or Kerala, OR someone who is willing to relocate.

5) candidates having startup business development background prefered.
