Videographer

Hello,
My friends and I have started a youtube channel named bebetter.

We create short 5 minute videos on topics of personal development. Right now the focus is on 1)Better ways of dealing with people 2)Better ways of dealing with your own head.
We are currently covering different chapters and stories from the world famous book ' How to win friends and influence people' written by DaleCarnegie.We make 1 video each week and post in on Monday. Till now we have posted 2 videos and 3rd will go today on 31st December.
 We need a videographer in the team who can record the video with his/her camera. We want someone who can come up with creative ideas on filming the videos. Generally, videos on personal development are a bit boring. We want to change that notion and thus we need someone with a good eye for shots and framing. We have an editor and designer on the team already so you need to just focus on filming.
Interesting self-development videos isn't an explored field in India. So we want to do that. We are aware that as a youtube project this one won’t reach millions but even a number is 100k to 400k can help us get professional seminar and projects outside youtube and that is what we want to target.

 This youtube channel is like a startup idea for us. We want to continue this for a very long time i.e this project won't die in 6 months as most projects do. Now since this is the start, there are no monetary returns as of now. However, we think, since the time commitment per week is low and it's a long-term project, you get to experiment freely on different styles. So this project can add a lot of value to your portfolio.
 The people who are doing this are from different background. 2 of us are from IIT Kharagpur, 2 work in a Y-Combinator backed startup, 1 is a cinematographer himself. So you will get to learn a lot plus if you need employment somewhere, we can arrange that.
