We are currently searching for a self-motivated individual to join our Professional Services team. The selected candidate will work to provide deployment, analysis, and consulting services with third party solutionsin diverse customer environments. You will capture market competitive and trend data, customer feedback, customer usage data, and other key information from turnkey and proprietary applications to conduct data analysis, visualization, and presentations that you will help deliver to customers based on engagement blue print required to drive the overall business opportunities. Our services are performed remotely with customers based primarily in North America and Europe.

Strong understanding of Cloud services, Enterprise architecture, and Data Analysis will aid in the understanding of product requirements and specifications.

Must have passion for making machine data accessible, usable and valuable to Globit customers. Machine data is a fast growing and pervasive part of “big data”— generated by every component of IT infrastructures, applications, mobile phone location data, website clickstreams, social data, sensors, RFID and much more.

Must Haves Skills:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Experience working with user tracking and web marketing tools (Mixpanel, VWO, Intercom, GA, Heatmaps)
• Experience with search, logging, and analytics products in the big data ecosystem (Elasticsearch, Solr, Hadoop, MongoDB, Splunk)
• Design experience working on complicated web applications or SaaS products.
• 3+ Years experience with Python, Java or other programming language
• Scripting language experience and/or other software development experience
• Ability to excel independently and on a small team with a very dynamic and agile work environment
• Providing outstanding customer service and technical support to Globit customers and maintaining customer relationships
• While Globit will train you on advanced Trusted Advisor Consulting competency, you must have 5+ years in professional services

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with JS frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience building responsive and accessible designs.
• Experience in designing a developer facing product.
• Previous coding experience and experience with tools like IDE or GitHub

Education:

• BS, or MS in Computer Science or related engineering discipline

Certifications:

Certifications in the following categorizes are a plus:

• Elasticsearch Engineer
• Splunk
• VMware Certified Profession (VCP)
• AWS
