With a primary focus on sports, we work closely with organizations worldwide to provide market-leading technology for controlling, distributing, and monetizing photos and videos.

We have proudly supported over 16,000 sports events, storing more than 18 million photos, and operating in 100 languages and 44 currencies.

Location: Remote (India) or Chennai, India 

Position Overview: As a Product Owner / Scrum Master at GeoSnapShot, you'll be the linchpin between our visionary ideas and real-world execution. You'll play a pivotal role in defining and shaping our products, ensuring they meet and exceed customer expectations. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will drive our development team towards peak performance, ensuring every sprint yields exceptional results. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Visionary: Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, develop product roadmaps, and translate ideas into actionable user stories and features.
• Agile Leadership: Act as a servant-leader, guiding our Agile development teams through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring timely and high-quality product deliveries.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Foster strong communication between development teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring transparency, managing expectations, and driving customer satisfaction.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement, coach team members on Agile best practices, and facilitate a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality assurance, overseeing testing efforts to guarantee the delivery of reliable and user-friendly software solutions.
• Innovation and Adaptability: Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table, adapting our processes to the evolving needs of the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner and Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership skills, with a collaborative and empowering approach to team management.
• Passion for technology, a keen eye for detail, and a drive for excellence.
