Fresher Junior Developer

Hi there,

We are a young startup with a B2B product in the renewable energy space, called AkshyaPower. Solar industry is one of the most promising industry currently with a huge growth potential. Our product AkshyaPower is a Solar O&M (Operations & Maintenance) and data analysis web based application.

Our current tech stack includes Django, Jquery, Celery, Redis, HTML, NodeJS etc. We are also developing mobile applications and hardware product in the same space.

We are a small team of 3 people, all 3 technical co-founders. We are looking for a junior programmer who can learn quickly and work in an independent way, we don't like to micromanage things.

Desired Skills:

Problem solving skills, should have previously worked on some programming projects of their own and preferabbly launched them. If you have previously worked on the Django, Python, Jquery, Android, NodeJS etc. that would be a huge plus.

We are only looking for recent graduates or freshers, or college students who can work with us for 3 months from January 2017.

Salary and Equity

Initial Salary would be - 12K per month for first 3 months. We will evaluate your performance after 3 months and will give you a new offer based on that, which you can accept or reject.

We will also give you stock options/equity after the 3 months, if we decide to give you a new offer.

This position will start from 1st January 2017
