iOS and Android Developer

GBP Financial Solutions, LLC.  is looking for a passionate and creative Mobile Developer with both iOS and Android experience to become a part of our Development team. The candidate will participate in the user-centered design and implementation of beautiful mobile user interfaces that delight our customers using your skills. We are looking for someone who cares about each detail without losing the big picture and can work closely teams to deliver the final product.

• Role: iOS and Android Developer
• Location: Poland
• Experience: 3- 6 years
• Contract Period: 1 year

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UX designers to fully understand ideas and designs provided through documentation including standards guides, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and presentations.
• Collaborate with software developers to implement enriching mobile applications that reflect our brand values and our users’ mental model of the system.
• Ensure that Mobile UI implementations follow best practices for supporting multiple interaction styles across different browsers, screen sizes, and devices.
• Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure timely deliverables.
• Assist team with trouble shooting and complex problems solving related to user interfaces.
• Effectively work with QA to investigate and solve application issues.
• Adopt the Agile mindset and follow the agreed upon processes and ceremonies.
• Extremely proficient with English (oral and written) - a must have

Qualifications:

• For IOS:
• Objective-C or Swift, and Cocoa Touch
• iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
• RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services
• Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines

• For Android
  • Android SDK
  • RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
  • Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
• .NET using Xamarin or Javascript using React Native a plus
• Offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
• Experience with performance and memory tuning
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Familiarity with continuous integration

• Experience in Agile (SCRUM) environments is preferred

Able to provide expert-level guidance on mobile standards and trends
