<h3>Job Description & key roles:</h3>
  • Work closely with the Co-founders, Technical Leads, and Development teams to design and build outstanding products that our customers love
  • Competitor product analysis and planning continuous product development
  • Design intuitive interfaces and craft authentic experiences with business goals in sight
  • Create sketches and wireframes for the new digital experiences
  • Create user flows, workflow mappings, and other communication collaterals
  • Conduct research, user study, and usability testing
  • Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions
  • Conduct UX audits of existing products to reveal gaps in UX
  • Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
  • Constantly learn & adapt new methodologies that will enhance the product
  • Design consistent interfaces and experiences across multiple applications
  • Develop and maintain design systems for the products
  • Balances multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without breaking a sweat
  • Actively involved in hiring & mentoring of junior designers
<h3>Technical skill set:</h3>
  • 5+ Years of professional design experience in web & mobile applications
  • A firm understanding of information architecture and UX design
  • A strong product design portfolio that demonstrates how they solved for both business requirements and customer needs
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design and design thinking
  • Experience using tools such as Sketch, Invision, Adobe XD, Figma, and Zeplin
  • Possess an understanding of what is reasonably possible to achieve within the boundaries of the development frameworks used within the team
  • Have experience in hiring / recruiting employees for design team

  • Strong written & oral communication as well as presentation skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
  • Proven Team management and leadership skills
  • Highly self motivated with good problem solving skills
  • Eagerness to adopt new technologies
