Customer support agent

Experience & skills: 

  • This is an entry role. 1-2 years of experience in a customer support role. Please DO NOT apply if you're looking for a senior role.
  • You are comfortable in communicating and working with engineers to get technical issues resolved.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills. You can explain complex issues in simple terms and adapt your tone for different users.
  • Experience in a startup environment will be a big plus.
  • Ability to own and deliver on multiple projects at any given time.
  • You are a self-starter that anticipates requests and doesn’t need a lot of oversight.

Role: 

  • Respond to and resolve customer issues raised over email/reviews/social media and other channels.
  • Recreate the issue to understand which components have specifically gone wrong before handing them over to developers.
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure issues are resolved within the stipulated SLAs.
  • Work towards ensuring a 7 star customer experience, by always taking an extra step to delight them!
  • Communicate user suggestions to the engineering team to ensure that the issues/suggestions are considered in the product roadmap.
