Sr Web & Graphics Designer

Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup. We find incredible students and give them the working capital, training, and support to build the business at their schools. We have 500+ students who will do over $10 million in sales over the next 12 month. 

You will be our first Web & Graphics Designer hire so there is plenty of opportunity for you to have a massive impact on Fresh Prints. 

Role

• Ensure consistent branding across all Fresh Prints web pages, emails, and marketing materials
• Design and create landing pages for marketing campaigns and experiments
• Keep the public pages on our website fresh, exciting, and on brand
• Design and iterate on wireframes
• Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Design and set up tests to determine design effectiveness
• Work closely with the Director of Growth, marketing team, and dev team to drive tech at Fresh Prints forward

Requirements 

• Have at least 4 years of graphic design experience that includes a lot of web design
• Be able to connect the dots between design and business value
• Perfect English fluency

Details

• The job is based out of our office in the city of Nizams and Biryani
• Hours are 5:30pm - 3:30am IST, 8:00am - 6:00pm EST

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English are a must!

Salary: Starting from 6.5 lakhs per annum.
