The Job:

You will be the voice, the eyes and ears for FreeCharge. Personifying the brand, creating conversation, building communities, and servicing our customers using social media. The stage is all yours!

The Responsibilities: 

• Take 360 degree control of FreeCharge brand on social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Quora)
• Build FreeCharge communities that people are passionate about, no robotic or manufactured voice and canned responses 
• Conceptualize and execute periodic campaigns on social media 
• Progressively increase fans/ followers and conversation rate 
• Stealing the show when it comes to social media 
• Be up-to-date with latest happenings affecting FreeChargers 

Your Knowledge Base:

• Coming from a journalism, media, communication, social media, or outward-facing marketing background
• ABSOLUTELY PERFECT with written English (grammar, spelling etc. to be spot on)
• Excellent communicator and knows the pulse of India’s youths
• Passionate and crazy about FreeCharge and Social Media
