Desired Skills and Experience

• Must be kick-ass with proven ability and experience in technologies like LAMP, C/C++, JAVA, Python, XML/webServices, Node.js, JIRA, SVN, Sphinx Search, Elasticsearch and such.
• Should have knowledge and experience of managing and integrating with mobile applications on Android and iOS.
• Preferable to have vision and experience in online consumer platforms and products.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and frameworks and leveraging them to develop new applications.
• Ability to rapidly develop complex applications from concept to implementation.
• Skills like product design, marketing and strategy will be an added advantage. Experience in execution with remote engineering teams.
• Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
• Excellent analytical skills to solve complex technology problems.
• Experience working in an agile development environment.
• Strong team-building and leadership skills.
• The job involves end-to-end design, architecture, execution and monitoring of the technology across varied platforms.
