Mid or Senior Full Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails)

We are looking for a Ruby developer who will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving scalable Rails applications. Your primary focus will be the development of server-side logic, implementing APIs, definitions, and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high-performance responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also assist in writing and integrating front-end elements, so an understanding of front-end technologies is mandatory.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to build innovative user-centric applications
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code
• Maintain complex code repositories, adding new features and improving existing ones
• Engage in the end to end problem solving with your teammates

What you bring

• 3+ years of full-stack web development experience
• Thorough understanding of user experience and product strategy
• Battle-tested by working with scalable production environments
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken and a natural communicator
