Visual Designer, FloCare Labs

FloCare is a US healthcare startup. We are developing solutions that will help home health clinicians increase their productivity & in turn make them efficient in patient care delivery. For this objective, we have a strong team from Google and a large venture capital partner, Accel (invested in Facebook and Slack). 

We are looking for a Designer to help us create innovative digital solutions that will redefine the home healthcare industry. Are you the curious and creative problem solver? then we’re looking for YOU!

As a Designer at FloCare, you are responsible for the user experience of our digital solutions. Your work includes translating research insights into new concepts, visual design, sketching user flows, and crafting interactions that delight our users. You will collaborate directly with other designers, developers, and UX researchers, in order to deliver a great user experience that ties together user needs, business goals, and the possibilities of technology.

You are:

• 3+ years experience in all aspects of design (web and mobile)
• Able to create simple and elegant solutions to complex design problems
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to hand-off to engineering teams.
• Can present the user-interface visually so that information is easy to find, read and understand.
• Has good appreciation of typography, colour and layout
• Has experience managing style guides and UI pattern libraries to help create consistent, component based designs
