Responsibilities:

  1. If you think you can make the customer leave with a delight, then you are the one we are looking for.
  2. Manage and mentor team of customer facing executives in achieving thier assigned KPI's
  3. Help the team to resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
  4. Suggest or Implement new process improvement to maintain quality standards set by the organisation
  5. Identiy productivity tools and implement the same

Desired Skills and Experience :

  1. Experience required 5 - 10yrs , schould have relevant experience.
  2. Exceptional English communication skills with customers and team members; friendly and pleasant demeanor over email and phone. Must be comfortable talking with customers on the phone.
  3. Must have experience in handling a team of 10 - 20 members.
  4. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  5. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  6. Knowing multiple languages is a plus.
