HR Executive

Experience Range:

  • Minimum 1 – 3 years of experience as HR Executive.

Job Requirements:

  • Understanding the Full-cycle recruitment process. interviewing, offers negotiations and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • Work on assigned Jobs actively and find the resource in least turnaround time.
  • Sourcing of the resumes and short-listing the candidates for the clients from various Job Portals- Monster, Naukri and Third party vendor etc.
  • Sourcing profiles through Head Hunting and various Social networking sites.
  • Executed strategic sourcing techniques to include a variety of resources such as advertising, employment agencies, internal databases, employee referrals, direct sourcing.
  • Speak with candidates to know their priorities if they have any constraints like location, clients etc.,
  • Conduct competency based interviews to check their suitability towards the requirement.
  • Scheduling the interviews for the candidates and locking them on the given time.
  • Preparing the candidates well for the interview on the required skills and client’s need.
  • Update the candidates with a feedback and maintain relationship with them for future prospects.
  • Negotiate the Rate/ Salary at minimum total cost to the business.
  • Developed a strong relationship with Business Unit Heads, hiring managers, stake holders and Business directors to encourage a partnership in filling open requisitions.
  • Maintain the time sheets, Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly and Annual reports
