Head of Frontend development (Core team member, early stage Fintech start-up)

Essential skills: Frontend development, expertise in building SaaS application

Compensation: No salary currently. We are an early stage start-up and willing to offer equity to candidates who are willing to be a part of the initial core team. Salary will kick in once we raise a funding round.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Frontend Development Head who can be a part of the core team and help build the platform. Our vision is to make a simple enough platform with an excellent interface which can be used by anyone without any financial background whatsoever.

The ideal candidate should be extremely passionate about building consumer focused tech products and willing to join at a very early stage when things are extremely uncertain. The candidate should have a long-term view and should be interested in building a scalable business with a high sense of ownership.

Must have technical skill set:

• At least 7+ years of hands-on experience in Software development
• Expertise in frontend technologies is a must
• Excellent UI development skills
• Knowledge of React.js is essential
• Expertise in building consumer focused web applications
• Exposure to gamification of consumer products / Fintech industry would be a plus

Our current stage

• A functional prototype is already in place
• Product designs for the web application are ready and frontend work has commenced.
• We plan to launch the Beta version in next 2-3 months.
