Japanese IT Support (Onsite)

Provide continuous End User computer support with increasing levels of complexity with some supervision;

Acquire basic knowledge of company’s IT infrastructure;

Acquire basic knowledge of Account Management, File & Security Permissions;

Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and relate to the customer;

To accurately record, update and document requests using the IT Service Desk system

To install and configure new IT systems

To maintain first class level of customer service ensuring all customer issues and requests are treated efficiently and professionally

Maintain up to date inventory of all IT equipment used (hardware, software)

Exhibit Maintain excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels in the organization

Availability to work outside of normal office hours (ex: Shift schedule, planned night/weekend activities)

Availability to provide On-Call Support (Being On-Call nights and Weekends)

Expected to be available on an as needed basis to support the business.

Able to communicate clearly and fluently (written and spoken) in the applicable local language and in English
