UI/UX Designer

Expectus Infotech is a product development organisation in Chennai and our head office is in the US. We are looking for dynamic candidates for our UI/UX designing.  You will collaborate with Product teams to create innovative, interactive, intuitive and user friendly web based apps and designs.  

The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment, is capable of making strong creative contributions in a collaborative environment, and brings relevant experience.

• All stages of the design process, from initial concepts and sketches to user flows and wireframes to finished visual designs.
• Defining the interaction design, visual layout, user flows, game mechanics and graphic elements that together make up the look and feel of the site.
• Owning and developing a user-centered design process that creates and continuously improves the customer website experience.
• Good understanding of type, color and space, and can design exceptionally well for the web.
• Understand that design is beyond just making things look pretty. You can come up with ideas and you care about usability.
• Deliver pixel-perfect work.
• Quickly iterating on various concepts, seeking team and user feedback and developing final design assets for use by the engineering team in an agile development environment.
• Documenting and communicating design decisions via style guides, team meetings and discussions.
• Bringing best practices and source remarkable ideas from the fields of gaming, social networking, online worlds and virtual economies.
• With Web & Mobile App designing.

• Sketch tool is an added advantage.
