We have many firsts in our short journey like brining society management on to smart phones, IoT based vehicle tracking, enabling treasurers to generate live balance sheets any time, creating offline apps that sync with platform in areas without internet and many more.

You will be part of a small core team that is passionate about using technology to solve real world problems. Job involves understanding requirements/operations and use technology to increase the efficiency of the customers using the platform by creating, designing, developing, testing new features in ApnaComplex.com. You will have responsibility of coming up with multiple design options with pros/cons and recommend a best-fit solution, customize and implement open source libraries that suit product needs, Keep the internal project tracking systems up to date with the latest status.

Some of the attributes we are looking for:

• Must be highly passionate for programming and love to solve real world problems with technology.
• Preferably have a Bachelor's degree in CS
• 2+ years of experience in android app development.
• Familiar with the lifecycle intricacies of Android components
• Have strong design intuition and user empathy
• You write highly performant code and know how to performance tune Android apps
• You're self-driven to improve the app and codebase above and beyond what's outlined in the spec
• Must have a good understanding of databases and must be able to simplify data flow
• Solid understanding of design patterns and how to apply them
• Prior experience in product companies or start ups is highly desirable.
