Timings: 10.00am - 7.00pm IST (Indian Time Zone)

Notice Period: 1 month or less (Immediate Joiner - Preferred)


The Salesforce Specialist - Interaction Studio Expert is responsible for analysing business and technical requirements and proposing solutions for real-time customer interactions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, with a focus on Interaction Studio. Responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to design personalized campaigns, develop site maps and templates, and build integrations with third-party systems. The specialist also documents system architecture and leads client workshops to ensure successful implementation

  • Analyse business and technical requirements for implementation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, particularly in Interaction Studio.
  • Propose and design solutions for real-time customer interactions through various channels such as web, email, and mobile.
  • Advise on strategies for multichannel activities, including personalization, advanced segmentation, and 360 customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design personalized campaigns that drive real business outcomes.
  • Develop site maps and templates to support campaign execution.
  • Build integrations with third-party systems to enhance the functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
  • Document system architecture to ensure clarity and maintainability.
  • Lead client workshops, both remote and on-site, to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
<h3>Required Qualification:</h3>
  • At least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, specifically with Interaction Studio (e.g., Evergage / Interaction Studio).
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce clouds (Marketing Cloud experience is preferred).
  • Active Salesforce certifications and accreditations are an advantage.
  • Experience working in SCRUM teams and a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
<h3>Preferred Qualification: :</h3>
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or
  • equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with other Customer Experience Platforms (CXPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is
  • added advantage.
  • Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills.
<h3>Working Conditions:</h3>
  • This is a full-time position, typically working in an office environment.
  • Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients or attend conferences/training.
  • Flexibility with working hours may be necessary to accommodate project deadlines and meetings.
