Notice Period: 1 month or less (Immediate Joiner - Preferred)<h3>Summary:</h3>
The Salesforce Specialist - Interaction Studio Expert is responsible for analysing business and technical requirements and proposing solutions for real-time customer interactions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, with a focus on Interaction Studio. Responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to design personalized campaigns, develop site maps and templates, and build integrations with third-party systems. The specialist also documents system architecture and leads client workshops to ensure successful implementation<h3>Responsibilities:</h3>
- Analyse business and technical requirements for implementation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, particularly in Interaction Studio.
- Propose and design solutions for real-time customer interactions through various channels such as web, email, and mobile.
- Advise on strategies for multichannel activities, including personalization, advanced segmentation, and 360 customer journeys.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design personalized campaigns that drive real business outcomes.
- Develop site maps and templates to support campaign execution.
- Build integrations with third-party systems to enhance the functionality of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Document system architecture to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Lead client workshops, both remote and on-site, to gather requirements and align stakeholders.
- At least 5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, specifically with Interaction Studio (e.g., Evergage / Interaction Studio).
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce clouds (Marketing Cloud experience is preferred).
- Active Salesforce certifications and accreditations are an advantage.
- Experience working in SCRUM teams and a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or
- equivalent experience.
- Familiarity with other Customer Experience Platforms (CXPs) and Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) is
- added advantage.
- Excellent logical reasoning and analytical skills.
- This is a full-time position, typically working in an office environment.
- Occasional travel may be required to meet with clients or attend conferences/training.
- Flexibility with working hours may be necessary to accommodate project deadlines and meetings.
