Front End Angular UI Developer/Engineer

Enate are looking for 2 experienced UI Developers to join our fast-growing Engineering Team. You will work with us to deliver a great user experience developed in Angular 7. We’re undertaking a ground-up rewrite of an AngularJS front-end into a slick, fast and functional Angular 7 interface consuming JSON data supplied by our .Net-based WeAPI.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Key responsibility will be working to deliver the next version of the product interface using Angular 7 on time.
• Should be able to understand customer/end users requirements and actively participate in requirement analysis.
• Should be able to undertake maintenance of existing AngularJS interface until new version launches (June 2019)
• Writing automated unit tests for your Angular 7 code
• Work closely with the .Net developers to design API to support UI requirements
• Work with product team/designer on UI design.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate relationship building and teamwork skills within all levels of the organization in a collaborative effort
• Must be adaptable in a changing environment and be effective in many different business settings.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 3+ years experience developing Web Applications in Angular 2 and above
• Excellent HTML5, JavaScript and CSS skills
• Significant experience of the Bootstrap framework and responsive design
• Great experience in consuming Web/REST APIs
• Great experience in writing automated Unit Tests for Angular projects
• Experience working on Agile based projects
• Experience of development within VisualStudio using Team Foundation Server (aka VisualStudio Online / Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of Angular grids such as ng-grid a plus
• Experience of AngularJS a plus
• Good interpersonal and team working skills
• A high standard of written and verbal English
