Business Operations Associate

About company:

We are a startup in Food industry. We are creating a new food experience with a concept called "salad meal" which is healthy, tasty and has a touch of fast food so that everyone can connect to this experience. We will be launching our kiosks in multiple tech parks. We will also be launching a concept called "DIY Meal Kits" for corporates where the customers can take this kit home and cook their own fresh meal in just 10 mins. The candidate will manage and run the entire business operations in coordination with relevant stakeholders in the company. The role will be a mix of business development, operations and customer success. 

Duties:

The candidate will basically be responsible for the entire business operations and will be responsible for customer satisfaction, vendor management and procurement and overseeing the entire operations. Specific work will include the following.

1. Understand our requirements, find the relevant vendors, analyse and list the pro's and con's for each of them to take a decision on who to onboard. 

2. Co-ordinate with account managers of Food Delivery Apps and get the relevant things done.

3. Keep track of all the finances, revenues and costs. 

4. Ensure customer satisfaction - Talk to all the customers, understand their lifestyle, take feedback of our service and keep a track.

5. Co-ordinate with head chef and take up any operations work.

Requirements:

1. Good analytical skills, critical thinking required.

2. He should be a "Get things done" person.

3. Excellent communication skills in English mandatory.

4. Candidate should be interested in startups and should be willing to learn.

5. It is good to have if are a experienced person. But freshers with above criteria can also apply.

6. Anyone with above criteria with B.Tech/BBA/MBA/Any other degree can also apply.

You will be entering into the company when the company is starting up and is growing. So there will be an immense amount of learning and lot of exposure.
