Backend developer (Node.js)

We are looking for a Node.js backend developer to develop all the server-side logic, maintenance of database and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. A basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary since you will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by the front-end developer. Strong knowledge of Node.js/Javascript, AngularJS, MySql, MongoDB, RESTful APIs and AWS servers is preferred.

Your skills and responsibilities will include the following:

• Architect scalable, distributed and large scale web and mobile solutions
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
• Third-party RESTful API integrations as well as create open APIs.
• Microservice based integrations with external APIs
• Develop push notification, emails, sms and calls handling system
• Develop billing & payments system
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
• Implementation of security and data protection
• Integration of data storage solutions.
• Authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Working knowledge of responsive design
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
