GROWTH HACKER - DIGITAL MARKETER

Eligibility - 
==============

• Bachelors or Masters in any stream. 
• Oral and written communication skills should be excellent 
• Willing to relocate of Delhi, if required

Job Responsibility-

• Conceptualise and manage all digital marketing campaigns and be on the lookout for innovative customer acquisition and branding opportunities
• Develop process to ensure content is topical, relevant, and up-to-date, enabling web visitors a feeling of personalised engagement with the website and its content 
• Work in collaboration with designers to improvise on the existing websites design and develop new websites, revamp online marketing material and email marketing campaigns
• Build and manage social media presence across key platforms, e.g Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc 
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) 
• In-depth keyword and audience research, Competition analysis, Web Site analysis.
• Build brand awareness and visibility through online press releases, social media including industry-specific articles on blogs and other relevant mediums
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights 
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies 
• Define content strategy, and create themed copy across key content areas (company collateral, blog posts, infographics, short-form social media posts, newsletter etc)
