JOB POSITION

 Voice & Accent Trainer - Communications Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor calls and share feedback on CTQ parameters.
  • Should train all employees on V&A and soft skills in a batch wise manner.
  • Review training needs on monthly basis.
  • Should report on day to day time utilization.
  • Should be willing to travel to Bangalore office to conduct training.
  • Coaching the bottom quartile and showing an improvement in call & email quality.
  • Taking sessions and huddles regarding call/email quality

EDUCATION

Should be a Graduate or above

SKILLS SET REQUIRED/PREFFERED

 

  • Should have hands on experience in providing training on batch wise for Voice and Accent Training
  • Excellent communication.
  • Corporate Soft Skills trainer
  • Most have worked as a voice & Accent Trainer [International Process]
  • Well versed in Soft Skill, V&A and training methodologies
  • Certified V&A and soft skills trainer would be an added advantage.

Job Location

Chennai (Should travel to Bangalore for training)
