- Good communication both oral and written
- Good academics (from schooling to higher studies) above 80% at all levels
- Education qualification should be on any of these - MCA, BE, B Tech, MSc (CS), BCA
- College projects (final semester) should have be done only in software (no hardware)
- Local candidates, residing in blr, to be considered (no outstation)
- Candidates if selected will have to join from 1<sup>st</sup> Dec onwards
- Starting salary will be 20K per month gross
- Process of interview will be, initial screening, online aptitude test of 30 min duration, only if the candidates meet the criteria, couple of rounds with mgmt., if selected via online test.
