GTD- NPS/T3 Team

Title: GM TAC – NPT

 

Qualification and Experience

  • E. / B. tech in Electronics or Electronics and telecommunication.
  • 12+ years’ Experience in working with Telecom /DATACOM product based companies.

Domain Skills

  • Knowledge on Legacy Transport technologies like SDH/PDH, SONET and DWDM.
  • Knowledge of Layer 2 protocols like VLAN, STP, RSTP, MSTP, LACP, 802.1p, 802.1ag, QOS.
  • Knowledge of Routing Protocols: RIP, IS -IS, OSPF, BGP.
  • Understanding of advanced and emerging technologies in Telecom.
  • Should have experience in managing cross cultural teams.
  • Worked with EMS, NMS, Telecom Mux/De-Mux
  • Effective communication skills and an ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Experience facing end customer is must

 

Principal Responsibilities

  • Leading NPT TAC team and support global support teams for NPT product.
  • Responsible for meeting customer SLAs while working with our customer support offices.
  • SPOC for R&D, marketing, Customer support, V&V and other verticals interfacing TAC responsibilities.
  • Leading Proactive mechanism to avoid catastrophic failures in customer network.
  • Contribute to product features and quality based on interaction with customers.
