1. Good understanding of object-oriented programming
2. Full-stack knowledge in web development technologies
3. Working knowledge on PHP(any MVC framework), Mysql, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript/jQuery, AJAX
4. Working knowledge of git/svn workflows
5. Strong problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication skills
7. At least 3+ year of experience in the software industry
