Ruby on Rails devs at DoorMint

DoorMint is a fast growing, heavily funded startup disrupting home services market. We have presence in Mumbai and are looking to grow rapidly.

We are looking for an experienced full stack ruby on rails hacker. Our tech team is filled with peers who have in past worked with Ola, Browserstack, Cleartrip etc. We use redis, nodejs, devise, bootstrap, angularjs, famo.us, exotel, sidekiq etc to make our lives easier. We use best practices of the day such as github workflow, automated testing, continuous delivery etc.

An ideal candidate would have:

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable and efficient code
  • 2+ years of experience in Ruby and/or rails
  • Solid understanding of MVC, and strong OO skills
  • Ability to adapt and pick up new techniques and technology
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases
  • good to have: Redis, mongodb, websockets, capistrano, devise, apache kafka
