Operations Manager

Job Summary

Our Ops Managers are the frontline executors. They showcase our product to doctors who
sign-up to use our software, train them on all the features, resolve queries and customization
requests to boost the confidence of the user, and create a strong bond with the doctors to
generate referrals, growing our user base.

Responsibilities and Duties

The task at hand:
-Visit doctors, train and handhold them until they are comfortable using the product
- Give a detailed demo of all the features
- Use your product expertise to showcase to doctors how DocOn can transform their
practice
- Convince the doctors to purchase our product after the free trial period is over

- Setup the infrastructure for the doctor (Hardware + Software)
- Generate good-will with the doctor and get more referrals

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

We are a motley crew driven by the same goal - to help doctors deliver a 10x better patient
experience. We are a strong team of ~70 professionals from diverse educational and
professional backgrounds, and are planning to take the team size to >150 in a span of 6
months. We are currently operational in 7 cities and plan to expand into a few more cities by
year end.
Our investors are Tier 1 VCs and we have partnered with some of the fastest growing
healthcare companies in India.
