Co-founder (Business Development ) required for a stealth mode health care startup

We are looking for a business development co-founder who can devote his time to build the business while talking to health care experts. 

We are in home health care and we are still in stealth mode. Our website looks very simple in which is not imressive at all but we are working on it. 

We have completed our supply and demand side apps which is under testing.

We are looking for a rock star who can be part of this organisation as a co-founder 

An ideal candidate should have fair ammount of experiance in business development, the candidate will be future CMO of the company.
