Responsible for leading a development team of 6-8 developers
Responsible for the quality of its technical deliverables.
Work with the project manager to build systems.
Work with the team to establish and validate their understanding of architecture.
Should be a hands on passionate software developer, writing clean code with a high respect for test cases and design integrity.
Have 6-8 years of experience in full stack development in an IT software services firm
Should have managed projects using open source frameworks like Angular, React or commercial frameworks like Backbase, Mobile First, etc.
Experience in developing enterprise class React Native mobile applications
Strong experience in Core Java/ backend technologies
Good to have worked on on Native app developments - IOS and Android
Should exhibit experience automating the mundane project process by creating Devops pipelines, automate tests and process, etc.
