About the Role
As a Frontend Developer at Diversio, you will join a team that is setting the industry standard and helping organizations enhance their people and culture. You will collaborate with the engineering and customer success teams to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of the Diversio platform, ensuring we have a robust, user-friendly, and scalable solution.

Leveraging our modern design system, you’ll help craft exceptional user experiences that make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Take an idea, concept, or mock-up and write efficient, robust, secure, and well-tested frontend code ready for production.
- Demonstrate proficiency with our stack, which includes React, TypeScript, and Jest for the front end.
- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React and TypeScript.
- Write and maintain comprehensive tests using Jest to ensure code quality and reliability.
- Use GitHub for pull requests and code reviews, as well as Slack, CircleCI, Sentry, ClickUp, Confluence, BrowserStack, etc.
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2 requirements to maintain high standards of security and data protection.
What We're Looking For

Fully remote role, with working hours from 9 AM to 5 PM EST (Mon-Fri).

2+ years of full-time professional full-stack experience building user-facing consumer web products (excluding internships)

2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript

Experience working in an Agile environment.

Good understanding of best coding practices and standards.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with writing tests using Jest.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Git and/or GitHub.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or engineering is helpful, but not required.
Salary
- The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 CAD. There are many factors that will determine the starting pay, including but not limited to experience, location, education, and business needs.
