CTO/Tech Head

We are a startup company, based out of Chennai. We are looking for a CTO / Tech Head who can work along with us. He/She is responsible for the technical side of company and below is the JD 

1. 8+ experience in web application development and DevOps

2. Strong Knowledge in PHP (Laravel 5), Javascript (Angular JS) and Database (MySql). (Knowing Rails, NodeJS, ReactJS are plus)

3. Should have Strong OOA/OOD concepts and  good analytical skills; should be Comfortable with design patterns 

4. Should be well versed with Scaling and caching technologies.

5. Should have experience in Agile, TDD, and continues integration

6. Security-focused development

7. Familiarity or interest in running internet systems on AWS platforms and ecosystem (e.g. S3, EC2, Redshift).


NOTE: Resources those who are willing to work for equities are higly prefferable.
