$15-25/hourly for the right individual (Remote)

Looking for a super smart, super curious individual that already has a wide range of skills and is an expert in multiple areas. Willing to pay for right individual. I am the CEO of an American start-up (5 years in business) and don’t have the time to do one of my historical job functions.

No agencies or shops. 

Job: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Pay: $15-25 USD per hour starting depending on experience (quarterly assessments for raises)
Bonus: Options/equity in rapidly growing company

English: Fluent (if not fluent then you need to excel in other areas or we can try to find someone here to review your work which might be okay)

Communication: Familiar with Trello, Slack, Office, Excel, Google docs, Google calendar

Other tools: SEMRush, MOZ, APIs, etc…

Programming: Our CTO and tech team can handle this but familiarity with PHP, HTML, Symphony, MYSQL, etc.. is a plus

Skills

SEO: 5+ years Advanced SEO experience (you need to know SEO at the highest levels and be on top of it)
⎫ Up-to-date on Google Algorithm changes and how to respond
Not looking for old school basic SEO. I need someone that “gets” it and speaks Google SEO.

Social: Master of Facebook, Instagram and as many other platforms as possible

Advertising: Should know and have led multiple ad campaigns (social, PPC, etc)

Small Business Knowledge: Should know how to launch and grow a small to medium sized business website and grow it organically (SEO), with paid (PPC social), etc..

Math: Solid understanding of at least statistics would be very useful. If weak in math you need to super excel in other areas. 

Writing: You need to be able to write very well in English and communicate your thoughts clearly and precisely. 

Research: Know how to research topics and find answers 

Self-driven: Have the ability to discuss a weekly sprint with me and then go complete it with little oversight.

Analytics: Deep knowledge of Google Analytics (also Facebook analytics a plus)
