Ruby on Rails

We are looking for experienced Ruby on Rails Developers with the following requirements.

Requirements:

1) Have in-depth knowledge of rails framework.
2) Knows best practices of ruby and rails.
3) Familiar with web services, and REST API's.
4) Used well known ruby gems and plugins.
5) Experience in test driven development, agile development process and pair programming.
6) Must have a strong foundation in OO programming and practices.
7) Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and web standards.

Responsibilities:

1) Write clean, maintainable and efficient code
2) Design robust, scalable and secure features
3) Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
4) Follow best practices (test-driven development, continuous integration, SCRUM, refactoring, code standards)
5) Drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into design.
