Tasks

  • Contact regular and prospective customers to explain training courses, and solicit orders.Recommend training courses to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
  • Answer customers' questions about course content, prices, and availability.
  • Provide customers with course details, online and printed brochures.
  • Warm-calling to prospective customers based on pre-generated leads.Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organisations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
  • Provide information about courses for walk-in visitors.
  • Visit Engineering, Arts & Science, Management Colleges in and around Chennai.
  • Distribute pamphlets for college notice boards.
  • Generate leads for in-campus training programs.
  • Send emails to colleges & companies for in-campus training programs.
  • Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' courses, products, prices, and sales.
