Tasks
- Contact regular and prospective customers to explain training courses, and solicit orders.Recommend training courses to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Answer customers' questions about course content, prices, and availability.
- Provide customers with course details, online and printed brochures.
- Warm-calling to prospective customers based on pre-generated leads.Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organisations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Provide information about courses for walk-in visitors.
- Visit Engineering, Arts & Science, Management Colleges in and around Chennai.
- Distribute pamphlets for college notice boards.
- Generate leads for in-campus training programs.
- Send emails to colleges & companies for in-campus training programs.
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' courses, products, prices, and sales.
