HR Recruiter

Who We want:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business and Marketing

Excellent punctuality, verbal and written English communication skills

What you will be doing with us:

Contribute writing new job descriptions or refining existing ones

Help place job openings on advertising platforms and job boards

Help source candidates through LinkedIn, internal referrals, and other outlets

Setup and conduct initial phone screening interviews

Schedule onsite interviews with team members, including travel arrangements as needed

Send tests out to candidates applying in certain roles

Help with HR responsibilities like onboarding, data entry, filling, etc.

Help with boilerplate Legal documents like NDAs, consulting agreements, etc.

Help plan and organize recruiting events

Occasionally attend job fairs and recruiting events

Develop reports and provide analytics as necessary

Helping sales & Marketing team to improvise business.
