We are an international team building a cloud platform which will democratize and decentralize research. The platform enables scientists to perform and manage their research remotely (similar to GitHub and JIRA). It uses cutting edge Artificial Intelligence, Smart Interfaces and Automation. 

Position vacant: Senior Software Developer

Job brief:

• We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to produce and implement functional software solutions. 
• You will work with upper management to define software requirements and take the lead on operational and technical projects.
• In this role, you should be able to work independently with little supervision. 
• You should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. 
• Hands-on experience in software development and agile methodologies
• Your goal will be to develop high-quality software that is aligned with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality software design and architecture
• Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean and efficient code
• Review and debug code
• Document development phases and monitor systems
• Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies

Requirements

  Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in the industry
  • 3+ years of experience in developing web applications using HTML5 CSS, JS
  • Experience with Angular 9 + ngRx or other frameworks/libraries React, Vue with state management
  • Experience in System Design and Architecture
  • Experience with NodeJs + Express + MongoDB
  • Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to work independently
  • Extensive experience in software development, scripting and project management
  • In-depth knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Must have a sound knowledge of CI/CD standards like docker, pipelines and cloud service providers
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java would add brownie points
