Contract for small GPS aplication for RC Toys

We are Polish company, We are looking for somebody who make us small aplication (Android platform) 

Idea is following:

- Client has a small rc car with gps module he is sterring this car by rc transmitter  but gps module send coordinantes to app build in tablet

client save coordinantes of end points 

when he put button follow to target in aplication it show him direction ( by arrow) and distance from car to endpoint

I have hardware i only need aplication
