Data Science Engineer

The successful candidate will be a seasoned data scientist working on building personalization and recommendation algorithms at scale for some of our clients. This is an opportunity to conceptualize, develop, and productionalise recommendation systems aimed at increasing platform engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Translate pain-points of stakeholders into problem statements, architect and implement AI technologies/solutions, and present results and insights to business stakeholders.
• Solid track record of deploying machine learning algorithms in a production environment.
• Track and improve the performance of analytical solutions developed
• Stay current on cutting edge business applications, tools, and approaches

Key Skills and qualification:

• 3+ years of experience developing ML models
• Proficient at building big data pipelines for ML model development and deployment
•  Past experience with recommender systems and A/B testing models in production
•  Familiarity with SQL databases, MongoDB would be a plus
•  Strong competency in various machine learning techniques (supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning).
• Experience with large scale recommendation systems will be a plus.
• A good team player and the ability to work independently.
