Datagigs is looking to hire a Business Operations Manager. This is a part time role to start with and can graduate to a full-time role over time.
About Datagigs:
Datagigs is a freelance consultants marketplace with a special focus on Big Data and Machine Learning companies. We help the companies in the Big Data space to meet their business targets by finding the right talent ready work on their projects. We do this by enabling talented engineers and developers applying on our platform:
- Ensuring the right talent is getting matched with the right companies based on their skill sets
- The requirements are clearly defined and broken down into action-able milestones
- Most importantly ensuring the talent is compensated well.
Job Responsibilities:
- As one of the early employees in the company, the person will play a key role in day to day operations in managing the clients and the talent applying on our platform.
- Coordinate with clients and assist them with refining requirements, defining milestones, budget analysis, etc.
- Help vet the the talent applying on the platform, verify identity.
- Solve conflicts between clients and talent.
- Handle financials
This role is completely remote. You will have the freedom to choose your office timings.
