Marketing and Business Development Intern

Job Responsibilities :

• You should participate in customer interviews, collect feedback, and incorporate feedback into the product.
• You should work to satisfy our customer’s needs and requests, respond to their queries on time, and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.
• Plan the pricing strategy of the product by analyzing customer needs.
• Use different channels like twitter, discord, email to generate leads.
• Use a proactive email marketing medium to engage existing customers.
• Create marketing content like write blogs, schedule tweets, and other mediums.

Job Requirements:

• We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Specialist to help us expand our customers. You will be the front face of the company and will be responsible for developing relationships with our customers and overseeing Business Development.

• You should have excellent communication, negotiation skills, and be customer service oriented.

• Knowledge of the blockchain industry and experience of working in the blockchain industry would be a great add-on.

• Ultimately, you should be an excellent communicator and able to grow our business by building a successful, long-term client relationships. If you have a background in customer service, it would be a great add-on.

Duration of project: 3-6 months

Will be converted to full time based on performance.
