Sales & Business Development Manager / Fintech

Role to be played:

Your core job responsibilities includes new customer acquisitions and developing new strategic initiatives to catalyse the growth.

Responsibilities:

You own the end to end sales cycle. Drive the sales function to multifold revenues. Will be working  closely with the senior management in executing the strategies successfully.

Who you should be?

  • Have hunter instinct, Highly disciplined, Should be able to close independently
  • Should be able to handle the full circle of prospecting, reaching out, proposing and closing.
  • Great Understanding of IT and Wealth management / Fintech domain.
  • Can engage in meaningful conversations at CXO level.
  • Wanting to OR has working experience in startups
  • A great team worker

Exp : At least 3 years of IT Sales and BD experience in BFSI. We look for potential, drive and Ownership.
