Software Lead - Full stack

Healthcare is a tough nut to crack for technology, maybe that's why it is the least disrupted sector globally. We at Curus Health, love challenges and have taken up this as a challenge to change the course of Healthcare industry globally starting with India. We are a Healthcare Tech company making software in India for the world.

We are building a cutting edge Assistive AI platform for all Healthcare stakeholders starting with the Doctors. We are looking for someone who is passionate about software development and data engineering, and has a strong belief that technology is a key enabler for better Healthcare across the globe. 

The primary responsibility in the role is to develop and support software. The role entails designing, developing, debugging, testing, and enhancing the software platform we are building for the Healthcare sector. It includes all the aspects of the platform like Front end (primarily Mobile), Back end, Hosting and Deployment.

The team member will be a part of the core team of the company and will report to the Co-founder.

What will you do

1. Design and structure the platform modules and services for scalability, performance and robustness. Analyse all the solution options in a given module/feature, and ability to identify the ease to maintain / high performance solutions and implement.
2. Develop and deploy the platform modules and services on Cloud (preferably on AWS)
3. Setup and optimize CI/CD pipeline
4. Participate in Code reviews on a weekly basis. Accept and Provide reviews.
5. Perform regular tasks and rituals basis Agile ceremonies in Scrum methods
6. Understand the PRD and discuss issues or clarify assumptions with the Product team
7. Gain familiarity with managing product releases and tracking issues
8. Communicate with other team members on the timelines of development and launch of new features
9. Mentor Developers and guide them on their deliverables.

Who you are
You are a Senior Developer or an Application Lead who are an aspiring Architect but would like to fast track your career into being a CTO of a technology centric company.

Few aspects below:

1. You know and understand at least one tech stack in Front End (preferably Mobile), Back end, and Database and can write testable code across these stacks
2. You understand Object Oriented Programming and are practicing SOLID principles
3. You can work in an unstructured environment with limited mentorship and help drive the outcomes
4. You are aware of the latest tech trends and incorporate them in the design and architecture of new modules and features
5. You are familiar with cloud platforms like AWS
6. You are interested or have experience working on Data Engineering and Machine Learning aspects like Data Pipeline, ML algorithms, etc.
7. You are preferably following coding best practices
