Associate Manager - Solutions

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with a multi-functional team to develop & deploy business solutions to clients across industries.

- This position requires working in a high paced agile, ambiguous environment.

- Understand the key business requirements from the stakeholders and own the development, deployment and delivery of the Solution across different clients

- Play active role in structuring and establishing the problem statement and actively supervise and mentor the team members throughout the project journey

- Identify key issues in each stage of the project and ensure the right resources are available in providing solutions

- Manage communication across teams internally within the organization as well

- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle pressure with no direct access to resources

- Act as a subject matter expert in specific area of a project

- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills

- Demonstrated ability to work with large volumes of data

- Excellent communication skills with good command of written and spoken English

- Good project management skills with an ability to make quick decisions in fast paced situations

- Great attention to details; pro-active; dedicated; great sense of responsibility with excellent coordination skills and adapting to changes quickly

- Mentor & manage junior team members
