HR Business Partner | Min. 2 years Experience

Responsibilities:

Deliver strategic and tactical HR support which are aligned with our business initiatives

More specifically own/support the following:

- recruiting,

- onboarding,

- performance management,

- organization  design,

- talent development and

- change management efforts

Compliance with HR policies and legal requirements, as necessary

Skills:

Enjoy working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing (start-up) environment; flexible in response to changing employee needs; maintain professionalism and composure under pressure

Able to work autonomously with ability to manage complexity, prioritize and decide in ambiguous situations

Demonstrated organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and a knack for follow through

Team player with ability to work with teams that don't report to you

Confident & creative approach to HR and thrives on the challenge of providing pragmatic HR advice, guidance, conflict management and coaching to a variety of stakeholders.

Able to help work on key responsibilities from scratch and without a team.

Familiar with practical application of employment law and HR practices.
