Senior Android Engineer

Looking for Senior Android Engineer with minimum of 3 years of experience building apps for the Android platform.

Ideal candidate should meet the following:

General Criteria:

1. Ability to get started within two weeks.

2. Good communication skills and detail-oriented.

3. Since the company is located in a different time zone, the candidate must be a self-starter, result-oriented and a good decision-maker.

4. At least two substantial length projects under the belt.

Technical criteria:

  • Has minimum 3-years of experience with Android API, Kotlin, OOP principles/design patterns
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
  • Experience with Material Design and a keen eye for good UX and UI, and SDLC best-practices
  • Ability to write specs and communicate ideas clearly and precisely
  • Mobile apps are a Game of Pixels hence has an eye for design and a relentless pursuit of attention to details.
  • Proficiency at NodeJS or Ruby-on-Rails is highly valued
