UI/UX Intern

Crcl is currently on the hunt for 1 superstar intern who wants to be part of a cutting-edge sports-tech start-up to turn our web / mobile projects into easy-to-use products. We are building the first one-stop platform for football/soccer fans.

UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you.

( Degrees dont matter, your skill set does. And ability to work in a bootstrapped environment is a MUST

Role & Responsibilities:

✓Create wireframes, storyboards, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
✓Portfolio of design projects
✓Knowledge of wireframe tools 
✓CSS, SCSS and Bootstrap is a must. JavaScript is nice to have
✓Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
✓ Good time-management skills
✓Develop UI mockups and functional prototypes that clearly illustrate product experience
✓Create and conduct test plans to measure usability and gather user feedback

Preferred Qualifications:

✓Ability to work cross-team and synthesize feedback from multiple teams/owners
✓Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or SketchUp and InDesign
✓Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks
✓Outstanding interpersonal skills, great sense of humour

  Proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver
  Relentless champion of the user throughout the entire design and development process
  Proficiency in graphic design, digital art, a sensitivity to typography, color, layout, and a general awareness of materials/textures
  Understanding of best practices for interaction design and user-centered design process
  Experience creating prototypes and detailed wireframes for complex user flows in web and mobile applications
  Solid written and verbal communication skills
  Ability to manage projects under pressure and with tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail
